New Archdeacon, Canon Missioner and Members of the Order of Sask.

On Holy Cross Day (14 September), the Diocese of Saskatchewan held a service of Evensong at St. Alban's Cathedral in Prince Albert. We celebrated the installation of the Rev. Canon Kim Salo as Canon Missioner, the collation of the Venerable Dr. Norbert Haukenfrers as Archdeacon of Prince Albert, and the investiture of Robert & Annabelle Hryniuk, Grace Ellis, Evelyn Burns and Don Becker as members of the Order of Saskatchewan.

Canon Salo will serve the Diocese in the areas of congregational development and lay education. Archdeacon Haukenfrers will assist the Bishops in the administration of the Diocese. The members of the Order of Saskatchewan were recognized for their exemplary lay ministries.
